Review
A promising start, though I must admit I didn’t grasp everything—it’s as if I’ve been dropped into the middle of a tale, stripped of the context that would make the pieces fall into place. That said, it’s true the superhero archetype doesn’t exactly hold me in its thrall. This one feels quite close to a Superman, though with a narrative laced with a touch more critique, a sharper edge perhaps.
Still, I’ll press on regardless, even if the story doesn’t quite seize me as firmly as it might.
