Review

Absolutely incredible volume. Seeing the full extent of Kingpin’s malice and manipulation unfold—and watching Matt Murdock/Daredevil pushed into a true no-win scenario—was just masterful.

As a finale to the Bendis x Maleev run, it couldn’t have landed better. It wraps things up in a way that feels earned, intense, and emotionally heavy, while still leaving echoes that will impact Daredevil’s future for a long time.

Honestly, this might be one of the best Daredevil runs I’ve ever read. It hits every note: tension, character depth, gritty storytelling, and political power plays—all wrapped in atmospheric art.

And that final spotlight on Daredevil’s allies over time? A perfect touch. It reminds you just how human he is, and how much he’s gone through—with, and because of, the people around him. An unforgettable conclusion.
