Review
Honestly, I have mixed feelings compared to the previous issues. I found it intriguing, especially with the Kruel arc and the Kingpin storyline. However, by the end of the arc, it’s clear the narrative starts to lose focus, and the creators don’t seem to know where to take the character next. The saving grace is that the character is so iconic that it’s enough to keep the story somewhat engaging. Still, it’s tough to stay hooked in the long run.
On the bright side, the artwork is significantly better than in the previous volume.
It feels like the series is nearing its end—not necessarily because of the story, but due to a lack of fresh ideas. What this really needs is a writer who can breathe new life into the character and reignite our interest.
