Review
Honestly, there are elements here that push the story forward and make it compelling—like bringing Elektra back into the mix. That’s an incredibly interesting move with ramifications that really pay off later.
But I feel like there’s way too much going on—so many ideas thrown together that it ends up losing coherence.
The characters are part of the issue. There are just too many of them, and they’re all juggling separate storylines that run parallel to one another. It makes it hard to follow and dilutes the impact of any one narrative.
As for Matt « dying again » and coming back in a new costume—that’s intriguing. And to be fair, the outfit itself looks stunning. But it feels like it sacrifices some of Daredevil’s essential charm. That perfect balance between being a lawyer by day and a vigilante by night takes a hit.
To wrap up, though, I have to hand it to them on one thing—and this is hands-down the highest praise I can give here: the cover art is absolutely phenomenal. Some of the best I’ve ever seen in this space.
