Review

Incredible volume. This marks the end of Ann Nocenti’s run, which has been exceptionally well-executed and, notably, paves the way for the next writer to take the helm with an intriguing twist. This arc feels like a series finale—a rare, resounding victory for Matt Murdock. It brings down Kingpin, returns Matt to his life as a lawyer, and delivers a story that has built up steadily over multiple issues.

I loved everything about it—the story, the ambiance, and the atmosphere in the artwork.

I do wonder how future volumes will maintain such a compelling and intriguing storyline. There may be a phase of slower arcs, but we’ll see…

In any case, that’s all in the future. This volume was truly exceptional—possibly one of the best Daredevil stories I’ve read to date.
