Review

I was totally skeptical when I first heard the pitch, but man, this hooked me way harder than I expected. It’s got that perfect mix of reality and sharp humor, all while keeping the story moving and gripping as hell. I love everything around Hit-Girl, and watching Kick-Ass try to become a superhero, even though the guy is just terrible at it, is hilarious.

At the end of the day, it’s still a proper superhero story—though, let’s be honest, the dude kinda sucks.

I had a blast with this, and there’s no doubt I’ll keep reading. Not a single moment where I didn’t enjoy it.
