Review
Another incredible volume. This one, though, wasn’t as combat-heavy—it delved deep into the moral and darker aspects of Daredevil. We follow Matt, and even though he’s a superhero, his dark, sadistic side creeps in at times.
The relationships between the characters and the sheer cruelty of the events—it’s a true masterpiece. I’m gutted that the next volume won’t be Frank Miller, but I’m confident that the foundation laid down in these last three volumes, especially this one, will carry forward.
And the art—my God, the art. It feels like watching a film, it’s that visual. Sometimes, there’s no text, but the balance between color and linework says everything without a single word being spoken.
