Review

I really enjoyed this one. Once again, the setting feels authentic, and the story is incredibly engaging. The power struggles and betrayals remind me a lot of Game of Thrones, but set in a Roman world. It’s a fascinating mix, and I’m hooked even more because, in this volume, we can already see the characters evolving, and the pieces on the board are falling into place.
